Our Beliefs

Abundant Life Church, as part of the ACC (Australian Christian Churches) movement, is founded on the articles of faith as outlined in the ACC constitution (those Articles of Faith can be found HERE).

We believe in a living relationship with God – rather than just following a set of rules or regulations.

We believe that a living relationship with God is possible only because of of the sacrifice Jesus made in giving His life on the cross – where He paid for ALL of our shortcomings, failings & mistakes; and that all we need to do is to accept this incredible gift of forgiveness and turn away from our old lifestyle & habits, choosing instead to follow God into all that He has for us.

We believe that just like any other relationship, a relationship with God is something that we must be intentional about developing – it’s not a “one day a week” relationship but an every moment relationship – choosing to see our ordinary lives becoming extra-ordinary as we follow Him & invite Him into our lives every moment of every day.
