While Matt and Karen have been Pastors of Abundant Life for over 3 years now, they can still be found pinching themselves at the amazing honor of leading such an amazing family. Parents to 4 kids ages 12 to 3 years and with many years of youth ministry and various teaching adventures behind them, they are diving headlong into their 3rd year of senior ministry. With a passion to see each person “shine” in their God given area of “Genius”, this couple love leading the whole church into it’s God given destiny. They approach everything with passion, commitment and transparency. |

Brian and Andrea Medwin
Brian and Andrea have been involved in church life and leadership their entire lives. From seeing renewal come to the church, young people being saved and disciples made – Brian and Andrea are practical, powerful and spirit filled. They bring a down-to-earth and relevant love to the church and to the eldership team. This incredible couple love people, believe in the power of the local church and are driven by a passion to see His kingdom advancing. |

Terry and Pip Bienefelt
There is very little that Terry and Pip are not involved in. With a passion for the Word of God and a desire to see the Fear of the Lord renew and reinvigorate Gods people, this fun loving and active couple are dearly loved and deeply respected leaders. Their love of life and people flows from a mission heart and a passion to see Gods house feel like home. Terry and Pip give this church family tremendous strength and energy.

Geoff and Julie are a vital part of this local Church. With personal testimonies that never cease to humble and an intense love of people, this unassuming couple carry both incredible wisdom and amazing capacity to serve the House and His people. A passion for training has seen them speak with great warmth and power into countless relationships. To know them is to love them and to meet with them is to be encouraged and equipped

YOUTH PASTOR
Jono Deal
This amazing young man just loves young people. Devoted to seeing each and every young person explore and ultimately fulfill everything God has in store for them, he gives of himself unselfishly every Friday night for games, adventures and rallies along with each Tuesday night for small groups and leadership development. A gifted evangelist and outstanding preacher – Jono has an anointing to lead young people into the presence of God where they will never be the same again.

Ps Karen Sharples
Ps Karen has vast musical experience and is a nationally recognized pianist along with university lecturer in music. She has a great desire to see the heart of worship birthed in every service as well as in the hearts of each of the creative team. Karen is committed to the house of God and dedicated to seeing the next generation of worshippers emerge. |

KIDS PASTOR
Rose Medwin
Rose heads up an extraordinary team of devoted kids workers, passionate about our youngest generation stepping into a full, vibrant and abundant relationship with the One who loves them, Jesus. With 2 great boys of her own and an adoring husband Kent, Rose oversees the three areas of Kids Life each Sunday, From the youngest in crèche “Xpress” to ‘Xplore” for 3-6 yrs an finally “Xplode” ages 6-12 – The abundant kids team aims to give each child the best hour of their week. With expert leaders in each area and the internationally recognised ‘Kidmo’ program, each Sunday sees our young charges developed, blessed and left wanting more.

Pip Bienefelt
Pip heads up a tremendous team of hard working volunteers. Committed to the daily running of the church, this team is essential to all that Abundant Life is attempting to achieve in individuals lives and the life of the whole community. They well may be some of the first people you meet at Abundant Life Church and we sure couldn’t flourish without them. Pip loves the house of God with a passion and wants the church and the building to feel like home - warm, welcoming and inviting |

Ps Karen Sharples
Pastor Karen heads up this amazing ministry focussing on meeting the needs of people, both those inside and outside the church through the practical help of food and home help. Showing people ‘we are what we talk about’ is the motto, so for families with new babies at home to those recuperating from illness or going through grief, this ministry is designed to be the hands and feet behind the voice. |

Looking after most teams on a Sunday, from car park, ushering, hosting and many more – should be a huge job, but with a smile and a servant heart Ps Jono puts everyone at ease. First Impressions is the zone most passionate about making each event at Abundant Life memorable for its good humour, friendliness and warmth. New to the role, yet gifted with an eye for detail and a heart for people, Jono and the team start each service right from the car park. |

Andrew “Acca” Atkinson
Many churches yearn to have people of this calibre working as part of their team. Andrew has his feet firmly planted in the world of building but his heart is dedicated to building the best church possible. Again with a team building mentality, Andrew is responsible for the maintenance and implementation of many of the churches refurbishments. |

Peter “chip” Haynes
Chip is one in a billion trillion, in fact there just is no one like Chip. Energetic, willing, a servant and yet incredibly cheeky – if it needs finishing – Chip can do it. Bringing great expertise to the production department and dedicated to developing a team devoted to excellence, Chip heads up this great team of volunteers – who give their best each and every Sunday. |
