Perfect Fit 4 Ladies

At Perfect Fit 4 Ladies you will find encouragement and support through small group fitness, personal training and education to transition your mindset from “I can’t” to “I can”! Our small group fitness is for ladies, however we offer personal training for individuals, or with family or friends, including men and children.

A few of our favourite fitness programs are Metafit (high intensity cardio). Boot Camp, Boxing, Bar (barbell weights), Spin Bike, S3 (Strength, Sculpt & Stretch - inspired by pilates & yoga moves with large focus on core) .

Our small team of staff are handpicked to ensure attention to technique, safety and results are achieved. ‘Tough’ and ‘challenging’ are words to describe our workouts, however programs are written specifically for the group attending to offer options for all levels and specific needs. We pursue progression and results for each and everyBODY.
